A new group of Kerala nurses has moved one step closer to employment in Germany through a government-supported recruitment pathway.
What has been announced
Kerala PRD reported on 28 July 2026 that employment contracts were handed to 12 additional candidates who completed German-language training under the NORKA Triple Win Kerala nursing recruitment programme. The programme supports recruitment from Kerala to Germany.
Why it matters
Structured recruitment can reduce some of the uncertainty candidates face when navigating overseas employment, especially around language preparation, employer matching and process visibility. It also highlights the continued international demand for qualified nursing professionals.

What readers should know
Candidates should use only official NORKA channels, verify eligibility and fees, and avoid agents making guaranteed-job claims. Language proficiency, professional registration and document readiness remain essential.
MalluMetro Take
Positive migration stories are most useful when they also show the preparation behind the result. For aspiring candidates, the lesson is to follow verified channels and invest early in language and professional documentation.
