Dubai has launched a specialised executive programme aimed at preparing government talent leaders for workforce transformation in the age of artificial intelligence.
What the programme includes
The Government Chief Talent Officer Programme brings together 30 participants from 21 government entities. Dubai Government Human Resources said it includes more than 150 learning hours, applied laboratories, development projects, innovation workshops, a government hackathon, mentoring and an international learning journey.
