How to read Dubai’s transport project dashboard
A percentage on a public dashboard is useful, but it does not always describe every part of a project. Design, utilities, structures, systems, testing and opening approvals can move at different speeds. A reported percentage should not be converted into an unofficial completion date.
What it could mean
For residents, the useful questions are practical: which roads may be affected, when diversions will change, how the completed work could alter travel time, and which official channels provide updates. Businesses should also watch tender notices and approved traffic plans rather than relying on social-media predictions.

MalluMetro’s approach is to report the official figure, state the date checked and explain what is still unknown. That makes infrastructure reporting more useful and less sensational.
